I agree with Clive Roland. Why in the hell would you want to put a Greddy turbo kit in a CTS?!?! You should speak to some who has knowledge about vehicles before you make ANY upgrades to your car. Namely, an actual mechanic.
...and to answer your quesiton, turbo kits can be found for ANY and every application (vehicle). If you can't find one, then there are companies that will fabricate one for you if you have the cash.

why would you mate a turbo to that car ? the CTS was, is and never will be designed to go that fast... corner that fast ... and stop that fast... i suggest you get a more responsive car and mate it with any turbo that you want...
