Dont know about Canada. In America, the 300, Crossfire, and Pacifica automatically came with a premium care plan in 2005 that allows for a loaner car no matter what service you are getting. It is available only for the length of the warranty. I get a free Pacifica every time my Pacifica goes in for an oil change if I request it and there is a vehicle available. Its very convenient and I have never been turned down.
