Why some people wanna race with my Nissan Skyline eventhough the finally lose?
maybe it needs fluid, maybe modulator valve, maybe a line is bad, that is a few things that could be wrong with itWhich would you pick and why? GMC Envoy or Toyota 4Runner?
Check the fluid level in the transmission while the engine is running. This is a true level for that fluid. If the fluid level is okay, when was the last time you had the filter in the transmission sump changed. Been a while, or you ask "what's that", then go get it done. The bands may be out of adjustment, these are part of the shifting system. The modulator valve might be bad. You didn't mention it, but are you getting any white smoke out of the tail pipe? If so, the modulator valve is bad. This is a device that senses engine vacuum, and is used for shifting the transmission gears. Be sure that all of your linkages are correct since these too could be a problem. Good luck, I hope these suggestions help you out.More Questions & Answers ...
