It depends on how you classify luxury. My new Volvo S40 is not a luxury car. Some can call it a near-luxury car; others will say it isn't. I classify it as a premium compact. It doesn't have leather seats (or cloth seats, for that matter). Some entry-level luxury cars (cars that cost around $30000) don't have leather seats. Generally speaking, luxury cars have leather seats, while some entry-level luxury cars don't.
