280 SE 111027---where can I get parts-like seats?
Most likely somewhere between $1800 to $3000, I would suggest not going with the cheapest though, go with someone reputable in your area; aamco does good work and they are large and usually carry a good warranty, but it does not always have to be the largest. There is a transmission shop in my area called Adler's and I would trust them with my car before anyone. Just make sure you know who you are doing business with. If you have the know how to do it yourself, you can get a rebuilt transmission from the parts store for $600-$1000. Good luck!!Who likes Perodua Kancil 850cc?
I agree with Jr. Mechanic; but I would think long and hard about trying to do this yourself. Taking the power train out of an Intrepid is a pain. You might even want to try a good used transmission as well; but get a warranty. These cars are great, but in my opinion a six year old car isn't always worth putting a new or rebuilt transmission in unless the rest of it is in great shape.More Questions & Answers ...
