Get something slow, boring and safe. If you need to stay inexpensive, buy something like a 94 camry/carolla, or an old volvo. you really REALLY dont need a sports car, and you DO need something safe.

please, trust me. getting a safe first car is very important. NO 16 year old is a good driver. most people NEVER become good drivers. At 16 you think you know wtf youre doing but you really wont (youll realize this later on).
