1999 Ford escort..a/c does not cool. Bypassed switches, no work. Jumped voltage to the compressor. works fine

There is a module and it is called the CCRM. That stands for constant control relay module. It is nothing more than a remote mounted relay box that the PCM can control and monitor. It is mounted in the left front corner of the engine compartment.
