New Mugen Honda Civic?

Has anyone heard of the new Mugen Honda Civic? What exactly does Mugen mean? Do you think it will be good? It looks like a Civic Si but with a different name. Can someone help?

The new mugen Si will be out in spring this year, it is a 4 door Si with improved suspension, slightly more power, 18 inch aluminum wheels, various mugen badges, and other differences set it apart from the regular civic Si. It is a tuned up civic Si from the factory in other words.
