Question:
Most universal hood scoops come with the double sided 3M tape. This is unsafe if it is done wrong. The seal may leak water when it rains into your enginge bay, it may rip off easily, either by driving at high speeds or some idiot that tries yanking it off. I am lookinf a hood scoop, or a hood with a molded hood scoop, for my hyundai elantra 04. If it is just hte hood scoop, I am assuming it will be screw on with a gasket to create a tight seal between the hood and the scoop. If anyone knows someone or knows someone that may knwo someone that knows where I can get one please tell me. I added a short ram intake to my car behind the battery and it would work best ifI had a hood scoop to deliver more air to the engine bay. Thanks
