Reason I am asking is that someone is giving me this kind of car. I haven't seen it yet but I just wanted to get particulars on it. I need a car and at this point a running car is a running car and I don't really care. Also, where can I get a cheap paint job that isn't so crapy? The car is orange I do believe and I do not know how I could handle driving a car that color.

The old Sunbird was the same as the Cavalier, but some came as convertibles. For a basic car, to get to work, for a kid, etc, its decent. Not a Porsche or anything, but it will get you there, cheap to repair (unless its the conv. top) and decent on gas. Painting.this can be cheap, middle, or expensive. Cheap, would be like Macco, $700 or under. But I wouldn't let them paint my Matchbox car, they are the worst painters out there and I wouldn't even want to wash the car in fear the paint might come off.
