Then i would suggest you take it back to the dealer and have it checked out. No matter what make of car that is. The way todays cars are made and the break systems are being made its not just somthing as simple as the E-brake being out of adjustment. Especialy on a car that new. Something is deffective or wrong but i seriously doubt it being out of adjustment.
