I recommend printing the whole thing out (including each picture) and follow the instructions provided. I was able to knock this out by myself in about 2 hours (if I had to do another, I bet I could do it in about 1 hour).

As far as clutches go, I'd recommend the Haynes manual. If not that, then check out some of the F-body message boards. Some of the guys on there really know their stuff, including all the little differences between the years of Camaros.

PS - If your clutch is bad, I'd highly recommend upgrading it. I just put in an LS7 clutch/LS2 flywheel package. Not only does it grab better than the stock clutch, but it will handle up to 500 hp (same clutch in the 505 hp Z06 Corvette).
