My cousin's thinking of having me drive her Toyota Corolla, and I was wondering what can I do with the following:

Rear disc brakes for 77 Chevy Pickup?

1. Rims----From stock 14s or 15's
2. Exhaust
3. Body Kit (Wings West any good?)

I have an Audi tt coupe quatrro MT6, what is MT6?

Any other suggestions for the car, or any ideas?

You can upgrade the rims to 15's with no problem.
Exhaust...depending on your budget, you could just go for a hi flow muffler, or if you want a significant change in HP then go for a catback system, but I would also suppliment that with a good air intake system as well.
As far as bodykits, Kaminari are great kits. Wings West are great as well. Just go for what you like and the styling you prefer,
