I have upgraded to explorer 7 where have my favourates gone ?

Look in your upper left hand corner, and right under your task bar is a yellow star. That is now your favorites. E-7 does not keep your favorites up, you have to click on the star each and every time you want to view your favorites.

In the top left is a little yellow star that opens your 'favourites' pane. If I were you, I'd seriously consider getting rid of IE7 and rolling back to IE6. Virtually everyone I've asked has had terrible trouble with it continuously crashing. Plus, it's much slower with all the extra stuff it does.
If you want to uninstall, use the uninstall software utility in control panel. Be sure to click the 'show updates' box at the top. IE6 will reappear once IE7 has gone.
