I am looking at buying an SE with a 3.5 V6 in the coming months and would like to know what the demand has been like so I'll know if the saleman is BS'ng me about not coming down in price.

The SE model actually comes with the 2.7L V6 that pulls out 190HP. If you want the 3.5L High Output V6 (250HP) that would be the SXT model. I would not recommond the 2.9L as I have heard issues with slugging with these motors and they are actually a little under powered for the curb weight.Will 19" rims fit on a BMW e36 without any modifications to the wheel arches?

I would look at getting a 2006 model. I am sure that there are quite a few floating around out there. At my dealership we have discounts and rebates on 2006 Chargers of $4,500.00 On 2007's they don't have those kinds of discounts yet. The only difference between to 06 and the 07 are a few color changes and the 20" wheel option on the R/T ... If you want and SE model you would be settling for a 2.7 V-6 rated @ 190hp I have driven both V-6's and both V-8's and the 2.7 is not impressive at all. If all that you are after is the look then the SE would be a good choice. Some ppl like the stealth look of the SE without all of the chrome that the SXT have.
