Question:
how much will this run me if i do none of the work myself?

Answers:

What is A8 problem ??

Getting it done professionally will cost upwards of $40,000 and if you don't do the "original" bit, you will never get the money out of it you put in as sale prices depend on accuracy. Look at some of the old car sales and auctions listed in car magazines and online.

Better have a pocketful or two of money for that one.

Me and my friends just found a 74 Chevy Nova .?

To have it done right? Probably anywhere from 30 to 60 K depending on what exactly you want done to it, possibly more. A frame off restoration on a fifty year old car isn't going to be cheap. But if it has a special meaning for you, you'll do the best you can afford by looking around for quality restorers. You might get a break doing some of the work yourself, even if it is just polishing parts and shuffling them around to get them chromed (I'm sure there will be plenty of that *lol*)
