Question:
Hello,
I have a '98 TJ with 2" lift and originally it came with a cheap set of RubiconExpress shocks. These shocks are HORRIBLE. They defeat the purpose of a shock absorber completely. Every little bump hurts my kidneys.
How reliable is Hyundai Tiburon?
I've used Monroes on sedan's before and i think they are a good candidate, but i cannot find whether any of them are made for Jeeps with 2" lift. As far as i can tell they are all replacements. Can someone prove me wrong, and also contribute with their personal experience with Monroe and Jeep combination :) Thanks a lot

(P.S. Please no recommendations of Skyjacker, Rahcno, Doetech, RubiconExpress or any other "offroad" shocks)

Jeep backfired so loud and checked the muffler...?
you are either going to need an aftermarket shock or dropp the shock mounting brackets 2 " inches and install your monroes shocks.i own a shop, and all you have to do is go to advance auto parts and tell them you want Monroe,s for it and they should have them for one with a lift kit also,i did mine last year with no problems at all,any advance auto parts should be able to help you with this, and i agree nothing rides as good as Monroe,s been there and done it before good luck hope this helps.
