What is wrong with my Brakes on a 1999 Dodge avenger?

Question:
I have recently noticed that when I am slowing down between 15-0 mph. My brakes make a Wow, wow, wow, wow sound as I'm slowing down and it streches out the slower I get what could be the problem?

unfortunately, "wow wow wow" isnt specific enough..ive heard all kinds of sounds that could be that, lol...is it a grinding sound, or more of a whispering, sliding noise? only other kind of noise i can think of is like a...resistance, rubbing sound? which of these is it?

If so, check the ABS system. I had the same problem on a different vehicle and it was a bad speed sensor.

How do you flush your coolant system?

sounds like you may have warped rotors. dose it kind of get jerky when you slow down ? dose the peddle push back against your foot when it dose it? if so then you have warped rotors.

sounds like warped roters.have them turned down or replaced.

if you drive through cold water with hot rotors, you will get warped rotors. I think that's your problem.
