Question:
the power mirrors won't move either. Is this due to faulty Driver Door Module? If so, is this the correct part?

wayno is right, check the harness that goes through the a-pillar into the door first. It does sound the the ddm is at fault, but it may not be getting power through the harness. The module that you linked to is an aftermarket alarm and will not repair your concern. if you send me the last 8 digits of your vin, i can give you the mopar part #. you can either take that # to the dealership, or try the salvage yard. If they are any good, they'll have a national parts locator for a used one.Has any one had problems with Volvo S60 2.5 making loud noise?

possible module, but before looking at the ddm you should check wires in the boot between door&body. it is common for the wires to break due to the flexing from opening&closing door. i dont know what repairs you have attempted, but be sure to check there.
