Yes it is very possible. All you need are a few coil spring spacers to raise it a few inches and maybe do a little trimming to the inner fenders depending on what tire size you go with. I know this will work!! My friend has 22" rims on his malibu and I have 24" rims on my caprice and neither of has have lifts at all installed just spacers.

Of course you can... you can modify practically any vehicle there is. You will need to add a lift kit, modify transmission/drive shaft, suspension, speedometer to compensate for the larger tires, add longer brake lines to accomodate for the lift kit... probably fairly expensive to do it right. Remember that if you do in fact opt for the modification, the way the vehicle handles and raised center of gravity will need to be in the back of your mind when you first drive it again. Stopping distance will increase from the added weight of the rims and larger tires, rollover will be possible since you will be sitting up higher on the roadway.
