My 97 Dodge Carvan wouldn't start?

My 97 Dodge Carvan won't start even with new batter. It is absolutely silent. Any one can get me a hint where I can start?

could be a few things to look at, try starter first then ignition then module on distributor. when you turn your key on does the lights in the dash light up? if so then start with the starter,it is located on bottom side of motor facing your radiator, take it off and take it to auto zone or somebody in your area that checks starters for free. if starter is good, then go to chiltons manual or haynes manual for in-line fuses. then go to distributor module. if after this you still are having the same problem,you might think of taking it to a service shop,.these caravans are notorious for problems once they start happening. if you have 100,000 miles or more on said van, SELL IT! cause at that point your problems will get worse.
