What would the best waytoupgrade my 97 Camaro with a 2002 230 v6 engine in it, it already has a flowmaster on

I have a 97 body camaro and well im looking for the best ways to really get it fast and also make it affordable for me. I need upgrades that i can really trust. I also want the care to save gas aswell. It has a 2002 230 v6 engine in it with a flowmaster exhaust. any recommedation or just responses will difently help.

Screw the cold air- K&N REALLY WORKS- 35hp added. then check out nitro-wet systems.. but for your low buck thats it- should have got the v-8.
