You can never go wrong with the full synthetic brand oils. Personally I like Mobile ONE! But most crude grades work very well too as long as you abide by their 3000 mile intervals of oil changes, 5000 for synthetic.2003 grand prix- 82K - seems sluggish, hesitant when accelerating-any help?

oil is oil-except when using synthetic over regular. also just make sure that you have the correct weight . mostly all newerhondas ('03 and up) use 5w-20.
