01 bumper fit on 98 accord coupe and paint job ?

HI! i was wondering if anyone happens to know if a 01 accord coupe front bumper would fit a 98 coupe? I love the 01 - 02 front bumper model and needed a new one.

And around how much i should expect to pay for a quality paint job (entire car) including the rear frame being fixed, i shopped around and one place charged 1200, while another 3300?? so i dunno :( thanks for your time!
