Question:
I have checked the bulbs but they still do not work. The dashboard shows no indication that there is a bulb that needs replacing. Could some one please tell me what is going on? Also, could someone give a link for the fuse box in my car?

1990 toyota camry windows will not work all of them dont?
This could be something as simple as a bad ground on the reverse light system or as irritating as the switch on the transmission failing. I don't know much about Toyotas, but the first thing I would do is make sure all the wiring was solid and intact. In older cars, some bulbs like this took their ground by simple contact between the bulb socket and the light casing (back in the day when both were metallic). Nowadays most would have a wire grounding the whole system hooked onto the chassis somewhere. If you can find nothing wrong there, follow the wiring back to the transmission. You should be able to disconnect it from the switch there and test the lights by connecting the wire to a power source (even something as simple as a booster cable to your battery). If the lights work, then the switch is likely the culprit. These can vary greatly from car to car so you will have to proceed from there depending upon what you find. I wouldn't expect it to require any serious mechanical acumen to replace that switch though. How much for tint, n paint job.?
If your instrument panel gauges work and light up the fuse is good. Take a test light 12v or meter remove bulb and put in reverse with the engine off and key on test the socket and see if there is 12 volts there at bulb and ground. If not Sound like a damaged wire. Possibly check where the wiring harness is by trunk hinge. Any Question e-mail meMy Car is Making a Rattling Noise, Please Help!?
Check the wire harness on the left side of the trunk by the hinge. It is common for the wires to break.I would add some wire when you splice them back together
check your fuses if OK could be a broken wire in the trunk like Chad said or p\n switch on trans bad.
