the GTI and the rabbit look basicly the same. they are both v4 2.5 liters. the GTI is more sporty and the GTI is turbo charged the difference the GTI has 200 horses and the rabbit has about 150 so i personally would go for the GTI I LOVE IT!!!

The Golf is the name for most of the North American cars and all of the European ones. Only the first and current generation of North American Golfs are named "Rabbit".
If youre talking about an old Golf vs. a new Rabbit than the differences are numerous since the car was totally redesigned for the 2006 model year.
