How much does it cost to lift a 1999 ford ranger?

First find the schrader valve, similair to a tire valve stem, on the fuel rail on top of the motor. Remove the cap off of it and have someone turn the key on for a few seconds, then off again. Use a small punch or something to depress the stem in the valve, it would be a good idea to hold a rag tightly around the valve and base of the punch to ensure that gas doesn't spew everywhere, especially in your eyes. This will bleed or purge the air from the system. Just repeat the process until you get no air at the valve and only a good steady spray of fuel. The car should start right up now.
