procedure is the same as bleeding the brake system. fill master cylinder with brake fluid and pump the clutch several times, hold it at the bottom and open valve at slave cylinder. you will have to repeat this several times until all the air is out of the system which means you'll need assistance. someone doing the pumping and someone bleeding the valve. make sure not to run out of brake fluid at the master cyclinder or you'll have to start all over again.

the clutch slave cylinder is on the bell housing on the drivers side. There is a bleed port there open it with a metric wrench! but not totally, just so it is dripping.

Then go to the clutch master cylinder on the firewall by the brake master cylinder and remove the plastic cap and keep it ful of brake fluid(DOT III) for about 20 minutes this is the easiest and most effective way. The close the bleed port on the slave cylinder and set your fluid level to full in the master cylinder and close the cap.
