First of all, that car has a 6 digit odometer, so the mileage isn't 145,678. Second, this is a simple car with great reliability. I bought one for my 17 year old son with 100,000+. He loves it. well, it's a decent car engine wise, i wouldn't expect the head gasket to run out until at least 177,000 (that's when it went on mine) but i have noticed that almost every pontiac sunfire i've seen (especially the red ones...randomly) are dented in some way, i think it has to do with the serious blind spots in the car. just be really careful driving it.
