Anyone used BMW M5 rims and tires on a 2004 530i that doesn't have sports package?

Question:
I saw one today that had M5 rims and low profile tires but then the BMW computer shows a Flat tire warning. Any way around this? or how to set off the flat tire warning?

Are you talking about the e60? Check with the dealer...
It shouldn't really be a problem, but the e60 has many sensors that give many problems.I have a e39 and theres never any problem to put any size of rims. Why not get other wheels, the m5's are way to big for a regular 5 series. Try to get some 18's, those should work. But just to be sure, just stop by your local dealer and ask. good luck
