Compression test pressure on an 11 HP Honda engine?

Question:
I can get a cheap used GX Honda engine locally that is in good shape. I need to tear it down for my son's 4-H project (small engines). I need to demonstrate a before and after compression check for him. What should it be in new condition? I told him "around 150 psi", but I do not really know. Also, are these re-borable with oversized pistons? Can the head be machined or do people just get new ones? Thanks in advance!! Nathan
