Provide us with more info on how your vehcile is performing. Is sluggish, does it stall, is it fast revving. With what you have provided, it could be several things such as not enough fuel flow, incorrect timing, not enough spark, idle screw needs adjusting, vacuum leak.

in 2nd question you mention that it will idle for about 10 min. does it black smoke before it dies , when warm does it drive so-so and fuel mileage suffers, have fuel pressure checked and remove the vacuum line from pressure regulator and inspect for fuel leakage into this tube [there should be none and even a tiny leak here will upset the fuel management next check for false air entering intake[air that enters below air-mass sensor but above throttle body] then check for vacuum leaks[ air leaks below the throttle-body] noting that fords among many others are famous for nasty throttle bodies and gummy idle control motors. if these items don't cure your troubles than you may have sensor troubles ie: air-mass, coolant temp, throttle position. the coolant temp seems to give more trouble than the others but the air-mass can be damaged if dropped [even a small fall can ruin it]
