Question:
I purchased the exhaust manifold for my 95 rio grande jeep wrangler 4cyl. Installed with basic studs with little to no problems. Tried driving it and heard large roar of air. Turns out, there is a giant threaded hole where a stud or bolt should be at bottom just above where it connects to exhaust pipe. Any idea what goes there, what size? I'd hate to have to buy a brand new one and do it all again. Factory manifold didn't have the hole.

How big is too big for and exahust for a ford f150 2000?
if its away from enginehead most likely o2 senser so plug it with bolt. after market or factory spec mopar manifolds are for multiple applicatons so they put holes in for o2 sensers. ps just called my parts tech and he said if it came from us it would have this. do not put a dead sensor in hole as it can eventualy burn thru and then youll be left with a unthreded hole from sensor. a metal bolt (plug) works best.My central locking is broke on my saab how do i fix it?
it could be for your oxygen sensorI have sludge in my MR 2 Spyder.the superlube mechanic said I should take it to toyota garage.?
Its A O2 Sensor Hole You may want to get an old one from wrecker As the threads are sometimes different than SAE Or Metric Bolt. If you force in a diff thread it may leak or even blow out stripping hole completely. Thus It may be easier to go to parts store and ask for them to Compare Threads Between a new sensor and Bolts Just to be on the safe side. It May Not Cost you anything more than a bolt But they may even have a proper plug (for that application) that fits perfect.
My Pontiac wont stay started unless i hold the gas or if i am going?
It's either for an O2 sensor or for the EGR draw tube. Both should be on the factory manifold. If it wasn't there, call the manufaturer of the manifold you got and ask them what it's for. I'd bet it's for an alternate O2 sensor location. If you just want to plug it go to a garage an ask the mechanic for a dead sensor just to plug the hole.More Questions & Answers ...
