I had an Octavia for four years 2002-06 which i drove for 1.25lac kms, it gives a mileage of arnd 13.5 in Bombay city peak traffic hours.
Highway if driven nt over 110 kmph speed then easily 20km per litre always.
On the expressway arnd 17 as everyone tends to zip the car over 130 to 140 kmph.
