Mazda B2200 engine starts but stops when key released?

Question:
I've replaced starter,ignition switch,assorted relays,cleaned connections.Haven't found neutral switch or starter interlock switch anybody know or if could be problem? Love some help thank you.

Check to see if the plug- in to the ignition switch is getting proper contact in the on position.Is thier power at the coil with key in on position.If yes ,it could be a plugged fuel filter.
