Do you like your 05 jeep grand cherokee?Any problems?

I have an 05 cherokee larado and was just wondering from other people what they think of theres? I have low miles so I really haven't had much to complain about just wondering what other people think? The only problem that I had was a slow transmission it doesn't shift into grar right away.

i own a repair shop,and one of my customers owns one of these,and i have drove it a lot ,you mentioned the transmission problem,,a lot of them are getting the same thing i not real sure whats causing it though,,the guy i do work for ,has had his back a few times and they told him it was normal ,,its not,,its the shift solenoid hesitating in it,,and it does it worse when its cold,,if your keeps doing it take it in,and tell them its not shifting right,,this way they,ll check for that problem,,but that's whats causing it to do that,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

I have a 2004 GC w/the 4.7 V8 and I love it! But like yours it has a hesitates when up shifting. I found out that it is the shift solenoid. It is common with that transmission. It will go out on you after your 70k mile warranty and cost you around 400 bucks to fix. but that is the only bad thing that I have heard about the GC.

how do i launch harder and better with the smg trans in the m3?

For faster off the line acceleration I turn off the OD and it launches with no hesitation.
