Unfortunately, it is Ford's policy to not allow customers to contact zone rep's directly. But if you call the Ford customer assistance center at 1-800-392-3673, and talk to them, they will direct your info/concern to a dealer, who can communicate with the rep, resulting in a possible call FROM a rep.
If you are having problems at a certain dealer, try calling another dealer, explain the situation, and see of they can help.
Or email me with more info. I have been a service manager for over 10yrs at a Ford dealer, or hit Rakel up, he is awful smart also...

Only way to talk to the Ford district manager is thru a Ford dealer only after the dealer can't help you or by calling Ford on their 800 number for Ford customer service center and they thinking that it warrants going over the dealers head.

the reason Ford does not let you talk to the terriory manager is because they cover many different dealers and they would be on the phone all day and never get anything done. If you file a complaint with Ford customer service I can assure you that your complaint will be followed up. If the dealer can not resolve the issue tell the customer service person you talk to that you want to be put on the Zone managers call back list. You should receive a call back in 7-10 business days. Zone managers will call back customers near the day they are scheduled to visit the dealer in question. That way, if necessary, they can make an appoitment for you to meet them with your vehicle. I know this sounds nuts but its a system that must be followed because the Zone rep can't be in 30 places at once.
