Question:
I heard that some cars with a soft top have a disclaimer saying that going over 70 mph's is not recommened with the top on. The Ferrari 550 Barchetta says not to do over 70mph with the top on. So are their any other cars that have this same issue??

what is the towing capacity of a 2002 pontiac grand prix gtp sedan?
Intuitively, the convertible soft top is not as strong as a hard top and can't take as much force before it rips apart. That's why the manufacturer would like you to take it easy - so they don't have to replace the top under warranty as often.

You can drive it as fast as you want, as often as you want. Just know that any soft top will rot someday and the more you abuse it the sooner that day will come.
