Is it true that a soft top convertible can not go over 70 mph with the top on?

I heard that some cars with a soft top have a disclaimer saying that going over 70 mph's is not recommened with the top on. The Ferrari 550 Barchetta says not to do over 70mph with the top on. So are their any other cars that have this same issue??
