Question:
It was running real rough so I replaced the plugs, rotor, cap and wires. Immeadiately afterwards it ran good for about 50 miles, now it's rough again.
I don't know if this means anything but everytime I get out of the truck I get a slight shock when I touch the body. I never noticed this until the truck starting acting up. My starter was replaced also, you could hear the cylanoid click but it would not engage. I didn't think it was related, now I'm not so sure. HELP

Does anyone feel that Chryslers and Dodges are making a resurgence?
It could be a bad wire from the coil... sounds like it is arcing to the block and not delivering proper voltage to the plugs. The shock could be from static electricity, which frequently happens in cold weather, but it could also be a symptom of the bad wire.
With the engine on, open the engine bay and look in th coil area for any arcing.
Could be the coil needs replacing or just the wires going to the coil.

<>You probably have a bad coil wire. Even new ones can be bad. To check it, watch the wire in the dark and see if you see it arcing to ground.
