Can I buy the chip for a '93 honda accord lotronics alarm system?

Question:
Have the car; it has a Lotronics alarm system oriignally installed but no "chip" (because I didn't want to pay for the alarm when I bought the car new) in the device. Looking for the chip and instructions on how to use.
