Is this a good deal?

There's a guy in my neighborhood who's selling a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S special edition package for $7700. It's a salvage title but only has 19K miles. From the outside, the car looks good.

i own a shop and yes that is a good deal ,but you better look it over really good and drive it,and id ask to see before and after pictures of the previous damage on it,other wise it may be a bad deal,once you buy a salvage title car you cant ever get your money back out of it and not all of them will have been fixed back right,so be careful on this one,it may look and sound like a good deal but may turn out to be a night mare in in disguise,good luck i hope this helps.
