the only way this has an imobiliser is if there is a red light on the dash next to the indicator stalk and it only comes on when the remote central locking is lockedHow to replace a camshaft postion sensor in a 2003 chevy blazer?
Sorry to let you know but an l reg 106 will not have a standard immobiliser. remember to lower your anual mileage and enter sdp only also fully comp is sometimes cheaper than 3rd party. if you are a young driver add an older driver to your policy to save £££s even if they arn't going to drive the carIf it has an immobiliser, I don't believe many did on an L reg it'll come under factory fit on an insurance form.
If there's not an option for factory fit you should say none. Most if not all insurance companies can tell the standard spec of your vehicle by its registration number, so they will know if it had one fitted when it was built or not.
Wot do u think is best a renault clio 1.2 or a peugeot 106 1.1. i cant make my mind up?
I wouldn't expect a standard factory fitted immobiliser or alarm to drop almost anything off your insurance price, its the after-market models that save you money, as the added variety to the models that can be fitted and the wiring choices taken to install them, is where the theft protection really comes in.
