Switching from a supercharger to a turbocharger would be pretty good. For a cheaper idea, just get a smaller supercharger pulley, and a shorter belt so it still fits. This will run the blower faster, giving a little more boost. Don't overdo it, or the extra pressure will kill the engine!

You could remove the air cleaner. This will give you a tiny bit more horsepower but sound like a full-blown racing engine. How to turn of my engine light on Dodge Caravan?
Removing the air cleaner is quite possibly the stupidest thing i've ever heard in my entire life. YOU NEED AN AIR FILTER!! at least if you plan on the car surviving for any length of time. Anyway, you could install a cold air intake to replace your current air filter and box. This will allow the car to breath a little easier and get cooler (more dense) air into the engine. An aftermarket exhaust will help also help in the breathing department. Together they'd be good for an extra 15hp or so and give you a lot better throttle response.buy a faster car
Sunrider top speed limit 45 mph?!?
honestly, the mini s is pretty much taped out of cheap power.the only thing that would be free would be to strip the car of things not used. Dump the jack and spare, if you have an automatic transmission, dump the cruise control.
the cheapest thing you can do to get power, is to swap the sc pulley for an 'alta'. It will increse the boost 3-4lbs.
$150
The next cheapest thing would be to recalibrate the engine managment system. 'conforti' makes a plug in system for it, but its not cheap. $600.
Then exhaust-Borla makes a cat back system, but its $750.
anything else, your talkin over $1000
