Heat up the eclipse letters on your centerpiece with a hair dryer and peel them off. Then take it to a paint shop and have it painted black. Very simple and easy. I doubt you will be able to find one already painted. And depending on where you live and the shop it might cost you $35-$70 or so for them to paint it and clear coat it.
You can do it yourself with a rattle-can of Dupli-color and clear coat from an auto store for a lot cheaper if you wanted.
If you do paint it yourself just remember to scuff it (the paint will adhere better to the plastic) first and then clear coat it after you paint it. Black matches pretty easily.

Note: You can buy an ugly altezza center piece for like 15 dollars and paint that black so if you ever want to go back to stock you will still have it.

The center piece of the 2nd gen Eclipse taillights is ONLY red to match the rest of the taillight section...you will not find one in a junkyard.
