It started no problem this morning from the command start, when it's warmed up I hopped in to go for a drive. When I give it gas it bogs. Sounds like it isn't breathing. The more gas I give it the more it bogs, to the point it will stall if I keep the throttle in that position. Checked the air filter everything looks good. Oil is good, What should I do?

Is this truck in a Grage or is it out in the open? It's possible a little critter got up in to the exhaust system and started to build a nest. Your exhaust system may be clogged. Start the truck and have one person in side and another out by the exhaust pipe. Put you hand by the pipe and feel how much exhaust is coming out at idle and see if it decreases as you increase RPM if it does then you have a clog.What make's a car not street legal?
the other answers were good.. but the most common thing to break is your EGR valve, when that becomes clogged it will inevitably cause your dodge to bog down like that. i had the same problem on my dodge grand caravan and come to find out the EGR valve was rusted inside and clogged. once i replaced it, i never had the bogging down issue anymore. check that valve! also, as in one of the answers, if you haven't replaced your fuel filter since you bought the truck then its time. on almost any dodges, you can check the computer by turning your ignition on and off 3 times, 3rd time leaving it on, this will give you the error codes on your dash panel where the check engine light is. the most common will be 12 and 55. 12 means system checks out ok and 55 is an unrelated error that cant be diagnosed. but after you get the code 12 you might get other error codes after that. write them down. for example...first code will be 12 so you will get (flash) pause flash flash
then it will pause and repeat then you will get other error codes after that. once the problems have been fixed you can clear out the computer by disconnecting the positive battery cable and counting to 10. that will clear out any old codes in the brain of your truck.
