Can blackberry pearl pair with bmw x3's bluetooth feature?

It sounds like the CV joints or the ball joints are going. They're the bits inside your cars wheelbase that enables your car to turn. If this is the problem and it isn't repaired then I think the wheel could actually fall off but that only happens after qute a long time.

.how much horse power does my 1997 dodge cummins diesel have?

It's a front wheel drive car, it is most definately a CV joint. Generally the boot surrounding the joint will crack and all the grease comes out leaving the bearings really dry and they'll start to click. You'll be able to drive on it for awhile, but getting it fixed is most likely in your future. You generall don't need a whole new half-shaft, just a new CV joint. Any reputable repair shop should be able to take care of it for you.

And no. your wheel wil NEVER fall off due to worn/blown CV joints. However, with time, it will incompacitate the car, making it impossible to drive.
