Buick Rendezvous Power?

Question:
My mom has a 2006 Buick Rendezvous, and i have a Griffin iTrip FM Transmitter/Car charger, we plugged it in to the 12V Outlets in it the other day and it won't work. it works fine in my 95 Toyota 4Runner, any help here?

keep it simple...check the fuses..one in underhood fuse block FRT AUX and one for rear outlets in the console fuse block RR AUX... start there
