Need help w/ my 96 A6 Quattro?

Question:
I bought a 96 A6 Q Sedan w/ 61k on it with a code for O2 sensor 2 Bank 2. Then I replaced one on drivers side and got code for O2 S1 B2. Does anyone know which side is bank 1 and which one is bank 2 ? Also how can I set the clock?

as for the clock no clue do you mean the ecm thats easy pull the main fuse under the hood for 5 min,. put back in run and drive for 10 min to see if your light goes back on if so pull codes and post them here.
