I have no desire to own one anymore so giving you anything for it is too much.(for me) Ask the lots what they would figure it would be worth if they had it on their lot. They will either highball ya or black ball ya. How common is that car in your area? Yada,,yada,,yada.

Still sold it for $1500 because it was so unique. The right VW addicted person will pay good money, but to the general public, it may not be worth more than $600-1000. Can you advertise it in one of the local PennySavers or auto-trader magazines. How about Ebay or Yahoo auctions. A reasonable price might be $1200-1500, but to a private party. Also, in a college town, a student will go for it b/c they're "chic magnets" once souped up a bit.
