Do you need the entire dash assembly, or just the pad on top? If you need the assembly, I would try a salvage. If you just want to replace the pad on top because it is cracked or faded, most upholstery shops can help. Some auto parts stores may also sell a replacement. You can try the junk yard but then ya have to get it out yourself and it is a royal pain. If you go to a parts store and ask about an aftermarket dash board for your pick up they should have it or be able to order it for you.my tailgate door on my 2002 avalanche wont open?

They're all over the place. In junkyards and stuff. The dashboard of of any 85-89 truck, suburban, blazer will work.
